Improving Ubuntu Gnome with GNOME Shell Extensions

UbuntuGNOME Shell Extensions

I always add these GNOME extensions to fix a few annoying quirks in Ubuntu Gnome (20.04), they should be included by default in Ubuntu, in my opinion. Arc Menu requires gnome-tweaks:

https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/3628/arcmenu/
https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/2/move-clock/
# for Audacious
https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/2072/skip-window-ready-notification/
Sadly doesn't work any more: https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/495/topicons/

I also activate all of the included extensions under Tweak Tool > Extensions, except "Launch new instance", "Removable harddrive", and "Workspace indicator". Here is another way to edit your extensions: https://extensions.gnome.org/local/

Jumpapp is also great to use under Keyboard > Shortcuts > Custom Shortcuts: https://github.com/mkropat/jumpapp
