Install Vivaldi browser on Ubuntu 16.04
Vivaldi is a freeware, cross-platform web browser, launched in April 2016. It uses the Blink rendering engine, same as Google Chrome and Opera do, so you can install extensions developed for Google Chrome.
Sadly, it is not possible with the current stable version to dock the Inspection tool (Developer) at the bottom of the screen ... From version 1.10 this feature has been included: https://vivaldi.com/blog/snapshots/docked-developer-tools-vivaldi-browser-snapshot-1-10-829-3/
